STATEMENT OF WARRANTY

ONE YEAR WARRANTY

For a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, Roll-In Saw Models EF1459, Journeyman JM 1220, JE 1320, TF 1420, DT 1340, HS 1418, HM 1212 and HW1212 to be free from defects in workmanship & materials when used in accordance with the Operator's Manual and under normal operating conditions.

ANY ALTERATIONS OR MODIFICATION TO THE SAW MAKES THE WARRANTY NULL AND VOID.

EXCLUSIONS

This warranty specifically excludes motors, guide rollers, guide blocks, blades, rubber tires, and casters.

THIS WARRANTY SHALL BE IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Roll-In Saw, shall, in no event, be liable for any damage, incidental, consequential or otherwise, or personal injury which results from time use, misuse or abuse of any product manufacture by Roll-In Saw.

TO VALIDATE THIS WARRANTY YOU MUST FILL OUT THIS WARRANTY FORM WITHIN FIFTEEN (15) DAYS OF PURCHASE.
