The DT1340 Deep Throat Vertical Bandsaw

Roll-In Saw has announced a new saw designed for users that require a deep throat capacity. The DT1340 allows for a 40 inch throat with a 13 inch table to guide clearance. This machine is heavy duty enough to cut through 2 inch layered sheet metal with no difficultly. "Adjusto-Blok" blade guide permits use of 1/4" to 3/4" blade widths.

New to the DT1340 is the capability of using a one inch wide blade. Carbide guide inserts are easily added to make this possible. Look for this in the Optional Equipment section of the machine specifications sheet. This Option is also available for the JM1220 and the JE1320 vertical bandsaws.

For those that need the extra capacity, the DT1320 can be custom fitted to allow for up to 16 inches under guides. Just specify this to your dealer or contact us directly to address your specific needs.

Splash Guards for the HS1418 & HW1212

Now available for our horizontal band saws are the optional "Splash Guards." For those that operate with heavy flow of coolant, this will allow for the capture of liquid that may fall off the ends of the cutting table.

Roll-In Saw Announces New CC 9000 Band Saw

Roll-In Saw is pleased to announce the addition of a new saw for use in the construction industry. The CC 9000 is made specifically for the cutting of Autoclaved Aerated Concrete or AAC. Equipped with a carbide tipped blade this saw easily cuts through this product with straight and true accuracy. Sturdy aluminum table allows for cuts of 24 inches and up to 24 inches under guides, this saw accepts the standard AAC building block. Heavy duty and well suited for the demands of the job site. Unique removable arms allow for ease of movement on the work location.
